Elphaba and Galinda by MungoChelsQuaxo Elphaba and Galinda by MungoChelsQuaxo
LAST PICTURE FROM HALLOWEEN I promise!!! This one's me and being our bestest-best selves. lol. We had such a blast with these costumes!! I made them with help from my mom. Together they cost about $100, give or take about $10. It was a great Halloween costume pair, we got recognition from several people as "OMG, you're Elphie and Galinda!!". We pretended to be from the Wizard of Oz for the sake of a woman who's very small son and daughter were Dorothy and the Cowardly Lion. It was so cute. Last time I was anything Oz related as when I was 4!! (I was Dorothy. My mom made the whole costume, even the shoes!! They took forever...) Anyway, I hope you've enjoyed my Halloween pics. So until the next costume......heheheheheh.

That's awesome. Wow... your mom is dedicated. I wish mine liked to sew, but she doesn't. ;P Man, now I want to go as Elphaba for Halloween, but I'd have to talk someone into being Galinda with me, because otherwise people would just think I was a witch. I was a green witch one year, maybe when I was like ten or eleven. Before I'd ever heard of Wicked, and before I realised green witches are pretty unique to Oz....

I wish the photo was bigger! But still, WHOA cool. :D

Hey, thanks! Yeah, my mom's a crazy woman, lemme tell you. She's great. Like, I just got offered the job as costume designer for "Seussical the Musical" after I auditioned and they found out I do costumes....she's driving me to an hour away for rehearsals AND being my co-costumer. Geez, she's nuts.

Definitely go for halloween! Even if you can't find a Galinda. I went just by myself with my brother and sister as completely other things actually trick-or-treating, and 2 different people came up to me and said "OMG. You're ELPHIE!" It's a pretty recognized costume now. If you need any tips, feel free to drop me a line :D
